NYC Department of City Planning

The New York City Department of City Planning leads long-range planning, zoning policy, and land use strategy across the five boroughs. I worked with the Urban Design team to create a community engagement toolkit and guide to building more quality affordable housing in more neighborhoods based on research combining financial pro-formas and stakeholder interviews.
